Different implants

Can ladies advise on implants which r best as different plsces use different implants and what’s best under muscle or top of muscle? Thanks 🙂 x

Hey there are few diffrent ones but I’m unable to talk about them or diffrent places but I know fair bit about all different stuff xx

I was really impressed with mya wen I had my consultation and the surgeon but then I went somewhere else today and I’m more confused lol round or teardrop? I wanted teardrop but got told they more difficult to do they prefer to use roubd one. And mya said 40yrs they sud last for place today said 10yrs? And my surgeon suggested best mucscle but I’ve heard it hurts more and the drains do all surgeons use drains? Thanks hun for reply 🙂 x

Hey, I had unders today with Dr fiumara and no drains. It is painful though 🙁 go with who makes you feel most comfortable. Implants used nowadays are a lot more stable than the ones used years ago. They can last in excess of 25 years if cared for properly. I varies person to person. They prefer using round, as teardrop can rotate and end up in a fully position as implants aren’t secured in place. Under muscle gives the same sort of result as teardrop over the muscle as the pectoral muscle compresses the top of the implant to give a more slanted result. Hope you get all the info you need and choose yourself a surgeon xxx
