different shape, size?

Hello, just had my strapping off today and love the size, however one of them is noticeably bigger than the other and my nipples are not in line at the mo 🙁 this was never noticeable pre op and I am only one week post op so hoping they will settle,.. Anyone had a similar situation? I am really scared 🙁
