Dilemma 1 week PO wearing a dress that shows boobs bra needed

Dilemma

I have a very posh Karen millen dress and going to a party tonight I want to show off the boobs I know I’m not meant to wear
Underwired bra but if I get one that I’m sure isn’t going to dig in to my wounds which do have waterproof rubber dressings over them do you think I can get away with it.

Or should I just go braless and slightly pull down my waterproof dressings as the top edges of them are visible in my dress ;(

I’ll upload a pic of dress then you can see the white patches that are my dressings

Lovely dress. Would it work putting a tight fitting vest top underneath?? Either black, blue or even flesh coloured??

DO NOT WEAR THE BRA! Not worth the risk. Go without, but not for too long! X

Sorry… I just could not resist, it wasn’t padded so didn’t move them I’m weird directions and used an extender on the back so that it was quite loose around the back, and so did not dog in at all.

Everything appears to be fine 😉 and I got out ASAP when I got home.
