Disappointed

Today I’m 7days post op I have my 1st post op appointment tomorrow, despite the pain and discomfort over the last week I atleast thought the outcome would be worth it. But today I compared photos from before surgery to after as couldn’t see positive results myself and the pictures seem to confirm that. I don’t feel there is much size difference at all ? I’m so disappointed il post pics before and after do I say something tomorrow? Will something be done? I really can’t see the implants changing that much to were I’m happy please help girls? I’m so upset that I’ve gone through all this and paid all this money not only not to be happy but for little if any difference at all, btw I had 350cl Hp overs xx

Hey! I’m so sorry you’re disappointed. 🙁
OK, so I haven’t actually had my surgery yet but I’ve been researching quite a lot…In my opinion, at first it’s kind of hard to tell because the angles & framing of your pictures are very different…but I think your after looks noticeably fuller.:)
I’ve seen girls change so much over their healing process that it is actually crazy..so don’t lose hope yet.
Maybe mention it and your post-op, as they might be better able to reassure you.
I’m not sure that they’d do anything else though, as it sounds like they used the largest implant they could fit (from your profile). If you still don’t like them in the future then they might have created enough room in your breast for a larger implant.

Hi Josie, sorry you are disappointed 🙁 If you are anything like me the last week will have been a roller coaster of emotions, I know I was totally up and down not knowing is I was happy or not.
I have to agree with Chris, its hard to tell from the angle of the above after picture but after having 350cc implants they will definitely be bigger than they were it would be impossible for them not to be. If you aren’t happy with the result though that’s different chick and I would def speak to the nurse about it when you go in for your appointment. I think you get asked if you are happy with the results so far at each appointment anyway and have to sign to say if you are, well I did anyway. The appointment will be a great time for you to not only check you healing progress but also to voice any concerns that you have.
You boobs really do change daily though chick so this wont be the end result.
Were you offered different sizes at your consultation? Have you tried on an old bra so you can see the difference? I had 350CC and was a little disappointed straight after as I thought I should have gone bigger but when I held my old bras up there was no chance they were fitting at all and I really appreciated the size increase.

Thankyou ladies for your advice it’s really appreciated I’m defo going to discuss this further with the nurse tomorrow. And max I was offered Abbie was 375 ultra high profile bit in surgery was given 350 Hp not sure fully why on this decision yet but this will also be asked tomorrow, il let you know what they say but thank you again just needed a moan been really upset about it, just not what I expected at all but still hopeful that maybe some more time will change them more xx

I’m guessing that 350cc hp was used as maybe you didn’t have enough space or breast tissue for 375cc and the surgeon made the decision on the day. Good luck for tomorrow xxx

Hey Josie, as you know I completely feel your pain, just try cling to the hope that they will change and drop and fluff like everyone else’s, that what I’m trying to do! Let us know how you get on at your appointment tomorrow big hugs xxx

Hey Hun I had 390 overs from A cup and I’m nearly 7 weeks PO now but have been measured at a G cup! I was the same as you thought they were gonna be a lot smaller than I wanted but from week 3 they just seemed to fluff and I think they still are as all my sports bras are getting too small (I do prefer to wear sports bras still with them being comfy on my scars) x
I’ll add a photo they still look slightly wonky ones dropped more than the other lol x

Thank you ladies for all your words of encouragement and support this forum has been so much help with that thanks for all the pics aswel they’ve put my mind at ease. I had my pre op appt yest and tbh typical they looked a lot better there lol I still said something about the size and she said they defo need to drop and fluff and il see a difference and not to worry and give time, other than that she said I’m healing really well and I’ve woke up this morning with minimal pain or discomfort so looks like happy days for now lol, thankyou everyone again you really did help put my mind at ease xxx

Glad you’re starting to feel happy. From your picture id say they will definitely change a lot more so not to worry. Even 3weeks is too early to see change. At one stage I got boob greed and then after a few weeks I was upset because I was starting to feel they are too big lol
You will start to feel happier and happier as time goes. Feel so slow when you’re waiting to see yourself change.
