    Really disappointed I have my op Ina. Week and I’m having CUi 380cc however told my PC I would like to change to the natrelles obv at a cost. She has told me she’s waiting to find out how much I need to pay for these but just disappointed cause now I message her for any updates and get no messages back I understand she might be busy but usually like when I booked she found the price out almost instantly so why is it taking two days now. Anyone else had any problems like this?
    I don’t understand cause they will be getting more money from me so what’s the problem Is I don’t know and I also don’t no what else to do or who to speak to.
    I understand it’s also my fault for leaving it so late but she did say there’s not a problem with that.

    They may need to get in touch with head office. I had a consultation with a different company after my initial mya consultation and other company came in cheaper so my consultant said she’d ring head office and get back to me with a price to see if they can either match or beat the other company’s quote. I wouldn’t worry, they might just be busy but if you haven’t heard within the next day or so I’d definitely ring them again

    I am worried cause she rang head office or the director to get me the late space price and that was done within like 15 minutes. So how long did it take for them to get back to you? I think am worrying more cause it’s only a week away! X

    Yeah Thats understandable! I only spoke to her yesterday’s as had my surgeon consultation and told her about it then so I’m still waiting to hear back but I know my consultant is off today so hopefully will hear back tomorrow x
