Disheartened after consultation

Hi, I would really appreciate any and all advice. I’m 5’4” and 8stone. I’m currently a 34A and I went to see Mr Mashhadi today for my first consultation. I’m so upset since I left. Basically he’s given me the impression that my boobs are too small to have implants. He’s said it’s not impossible but even with anatomical, unders/dual plane that I will feel and see the implants and any rippling, which is why he’s suggested anatomical.

When he examined me he said I have barely any fat or muscle so he’s suggested I have a fat transfer or artificial skin flap at the same time to cover the implants more. He’s also said I could have the implants first to see if there’s any issues and then see if the transfer/skin flap is necessary later on. I’ve never heard of anyone needing this and I’ve read about quite a few women with similar stats to me.

He’s suggested 190 mod profile, 225 mod +, or 240 HP (all anatomical) and said with the latter I’ll be a B cup/ small C. I don’t want huge boobs but I think I’ll be disappointed paying for a B/small C.

As a result he’s advised I see Ms Lutz and I’m booked in to see her on the 11th or June but I can’t imagine the outcome being any different. If anything I can see her advising me to go smaller.

Can anyone give me any advice, or personal experiences? I’m so disheartened. Thank you x

Aw hun 🙁 I’d say I’m the same measurements as you and I’m normally an A cup, B when I have a little more weight on.
Definately get a second opinion. Not sure about the fat/tissue situation as that’s difficult to say without seeing.
I was offered alot more than that and saw Dr. Netri. I know they can only offer what’s physically possible but definately worth a second opinion.

hi I had my breast enlargement yesterday with dr slieter and I was already a 34C and I have had 325cc implants over the muscle and I don’t feel they are big enough and look very up to my chin, does anyone else have before and after picture on how they will drop? and will they get bigger?

Thanks ladies. I do feel a bit better after your comments. I have another consultation with another company on Friday and depending on what they advise I’ll decide whether or not I’ll keep my appointment on the 11th with Ms Lutz. I could have gone tomorrow but it’s a lot of travelling to do around work and with a 2 year old. Hopefully it will go a bit better. I can’t stand my boobs at the moment. If I can’t do anything I’ve decided to give up on my dream wedding to my fiancé and go to the registry office instead. It will affect the type of dress I get and I don’t want photos of what’s meant to be the happiest day of my life if I look like this 🙁 x

Hey I started with 28 AA boobs and I only weigh 7 stone 3 and I am 5ft 3 and I had 250 CC unders High profile… that is quite bizarre as your measurements are bigger than mine yet I had enough skin? If I were you I’d contact MYA and get an appointment with Ria and Dr Nectri…. here are my before and afters.

Oh don’t give up on any dreams hun! We all want to look flash in dresses, but it’s only boobs at the end of the day. And if your fiance is marrying you then it means that person loves you just as you are now!
Don’t let boobs get in the way of your happiness, if you can get them how you want them then fine, if not then maybe take the biggest they’ll offer you as you may still feel better and you can always get help from a push up bra etc and still feel more confident. But whatever happens don’t let it get on the way of your happiness 🙂

I was told similar to you that I didn’t have enough ready tissue/ would be a risk of rippling if I had a big implant I was quite disheartened the same but then I insisted I wanted the surgery and I had my op yesterday and he put in 275cc under muscle moderate plus, he originally said I would only be able to have a max of 250cc but until you get in there they never really know

Thanks everyone. I’m definitely not giving up. I was really hoping it would be more straight forward though. My pc is on holidays until tomorrow but I had a call from someone else because she could see I was upset yesterday. My pc is going to call me again tomorrow too. I am lucky to have a very supportive partner. He loves me as I am but he understands that I need to do this for myself. It might take a bit longer than I hoped but I’m confident that I’ll end up getting what I can done because anything is better than what I have now.

Hi Laurane! I would really recommend Ms Lutz.. I spent months researching and visited multiple surgeons.. truthfully she is very much to the point.. I first saw her through another cosmetic surgery provider, she wasn’t recommended by the clinic as a suited surgeon but I saw her work and researched her, I went to book a week after meeting her only to discover she had handed her notice, I was so sad to hear this, so I hunted her down and found her at MYA 🙂 she drew diagrams, took her time, measuring me, testing my pectorials and tissue .. She has recommended doing over 200cc but she has left it open to me with options, has ordered 2 sizes of implants for me and is happy for me to decide on the day.. take the 11th 🙂 i’m Sure you will feel much better xx
