Dissolvable stitches and bio oil??

Hi everyone! Currently 10 days post op! I had a reduction and a lift and was told today to start massaging the breast with bio oil. I noticed I still have a few stitches poking out and was wondering if it’s okay to use bio oil if I still have these little stitches left?

I wouldn’t.
I was told not to use bio oil until everything had healed fully.
