Dizzy and sick 3 days post pop?

Hi girls,

For some reason I feel really dizzy and sick today and I’m now 3 days post opp. I’m always in a sleepy mode and my head is spinning when I stand up. I’m wondering whether it’s due to perhaps overdose of medicine? I didn’t feel like this before however.

Has anyone had the same and what did you do? xx

Hey hun, day three was the worst for me, I was sick and kept getting nose bleeds but it stopped after that I think it’s just your body’s reaction to everything, I can’t tell what mine was from was either co codamol, antibiotics or the anaesthetic, try and just rest and have something with ginger in it, hope you feel better soon xxx

Hi Tasha. I’m day 3 PO as well, and funny enough am feeling dizzy and sick today and wasn’t before. I think it might be due to me changing to stronger painkillers though. I just had a nap and feel a bit better although my lips are tingling so I know I’m still going to be dizzy when I get out of bed! Hang in there xx

Same 🙁 just through up and I’m on my third day too strange!!!! X hv u all got strapping xx

probably the pain meds 🙁 also if you are lying down way more than usual your blood pressure can drop more than usual when you stand! Hope your ok and it eases! try some energy drinks, non with caffeine though 🙂 lucozade do them without xxx
