have spoke to clinic I want my surgery at, they have a deal till 12pm tonight scared but thinking do I just pay it and get the deal or wait and pay more.. scary as much as I want it doing its all became so real

yeh ive already seen madhev and he works there to hun… so I dunno I have a feeling that if I don’t do it now ill be waiting months there new deal that starts tomorrow is for spring xx
