Do I have to wear the sports bra 24/7

I’m 2day po and its really tight and they all bug my incisions do you have to wear it all day and night ??

Keep it on huni I know it’s tight but it’s meant to keep the implant of your cuts it will get comfy in a few days x

I’m 15 days post op now and I’m at the point now where they’re starting to irritate me, I think I may need a bigger size. Currently 34d. I take mine off last couple of nights just for half an hour while I’m watching tv and jeeeez it’s such a relief for a moment xx

I think I need them on toke it if for a few mins last night a lot if pressure like the implant wants to pop out. Best keep it on for as long as poss. Xx

Its ok to take it off for a little while each day, its not going to do any harm x
