Do I need a breast band?

I see on the macom website that they sell breast bands too but unsure if I actually need one, who’s had one before and did it help? I’m expecting to have unders and roughly between 350 and 400

I wouldn’t buy one because if you need one your surgeon will use one ☺️
I questioned the same thing about getting the bra with a Brest band but in the end I just got two macom bras but I woke up with a breast band on, which I have to wear for 4-6 weeks xx

Yes I asked my pc and she said they will give you a breast band . I think it’s if you have unders but I might be wrong . ?
