Currently researching and have a few consultations booked however I’m not sure whether I will need a lift or not. Thought I would ask in here first so I know what to expect when I go for my consultation. Thanks 🙂

    Hi Ellisa
It’s so hard to say as they’re so many different options available.
I went to see a surgeon as I didn’t know if I needed a lift too and I did need one.
    Options available are ..
    Nipple lift
    Modified lift
    Full lift.
    No lift.
I needed a full lift and and had the lollipop scar and I’m now 7weeks post op and I’m so glad I had them done as I love them ?
I went with MYA and my surgeon was dr Giannas and he was brilliant.
I suggest you wait to see what the surgeon says and go from there.
Good luck and I hope you have a great experience like I did.
    Xx

I agree it’s hard to say, I had my surgeon consultation yesterday. Mine are similar to yours but a lot fuller at the bottom and I was told I would need a lift but because im only 21 he said he wouldn’t do the surgery on me as it’s not worth the scarring which I’m absolutely gutted abiut

Thank you I have had 3 children and at their biggest they were a g they are now an empty d so I’m guessing I probably will! Is there a reason as to why they only let you have a smallish implant when you have a lift ? X

My surgeon advised a small implant as he said the bigger the implant the more likely they are to sag again over time he did say up to a 275cc and I opted for 250cc but I have heard of girls having lifts and also having bigger implants so it just depends on what your surgeon advises.
Each surgeon has their own views and you may find that surgeons vary on their advice but I was more than happy to go ahead with the lift as I didn’t want to have to go back into surgery again soon due to them sagging more.
My scars already are very good and they don’t bother me at all as they are a million times better than they were.
    Xxx

This is me at 7wpo .. this may give you an idea on scarring but they say to wait up to 12 months for them to fade.

My surgeon was Dr Giannas with MYA and he was brilliant.
I have some more pics of before & my recovery.
I didn’t experience any pain and my recovery has been straight forward .. I was back to work after 10 days but I have a sit down office job.
