I’ve been researching getting a breast enlargement bit thinking I might need an uplift , if not on both breasts on the right one. Has anyone got similar breasts and needed an uplift ?
    Thanks x

Hi, I’ve just started doing more research on BA/uplifts as I would like an uplift without implants. I would be interested to see if anyone believes you would need one as I have very similar breasts to you. I currently wear a 34d (empty at the top!). Has anyone replied to you directly? Or can anyone advise?

Hi my breasts are similar, mine are very empty and I need a uplift with implants, never discussed having an uplift without implants as I wanted to go bigger. I couldn’t believe I needed an uplift, went to the consultation thinking it would be an easy breast augmentation but I need to have an uplift on both.. it’s very common though. I thought it was just me to begin with and felt upset but now looking on forum it’s made me feel more confident with the surgeons choice x

Hiya Joanne, obviously we arent experts on here but in my opinion and many months of staring at boobs on this forum and websites like realself (haha), I think a surgeon would most likely suggest an uplift and implants in order to get the best possible results. As Lily mentions above you go in and dont really think you need an uplift, but its better to have that in the back of your mind, as when I was told I burst out crying haha. Im now 8 days PO and honestly the best feeling seeing even normal looking boobs and the scaring is so minimal for me currently and im hoping will fade away into nothing. I had a full uplift on one with the anchor scar & then a smaller lift on the other but I’m not too sure what type until I can speak with the surgeon, as I was lead to believe I would have a full uplift on both! Best of luck with your consultation hun xx
