Had my surgery! Do not underestimate small implants!
On Monday 24th i had 250cc HP under with Dr Giannas. At my meeting with him he said I could at absolute MAXIUM only go for 250cc, so this is what i chose. I am a dress size 4, have a very petite frame, wore a unfilled 32b so more like an A cup, and only 5ft (short problems). When hearing I could only go for 250cc I was quite disappointed as the majority of sizes you see in conversation range from 300-400cc. Having said this i didn’t want implants that didn’t fit my small frame so i went with my surgeons recommendation! Having now had my surgery (6 days post op) I am already absolutely over the moon, and if i had a surgeon who would have let me gone for bigger I would be very disappointed! The size is perfectly in proportion. I AM VERY HAPPY. So girls please do not be saddened when you are told you can only go for a smaller implant. Little really does go a long, long way! Add me to see some crazy before and after pics, or feel free to ask more ???? xx

Oh wow so glad you posted this! Ive got my op on Thursday and I’m so stuck between 225cc and 255cc .. I’m similar proportions to you, size 6 and 5’2 and an empty b cup. Having to have anatomical partials due to little tissue. What size does the surgeon think you’ll be approximately when they’ve dropped? They look amazing!! Xx

They look great. I’m having 275s on Wednesday. I’m a little bigger than you to begin with at size 8 but I wanted ones to fit my frame too. I’m going to add you if you don’t mind x

@claire141 Thank you! I said i wanted to be a D cup to Dr Giannas and he offered me 225cc, so as i went for 250cc hopefully i will definitely achieve a full D maybe DD! xx

Post op is going okay, first few days were quite uncomfortable and the whole sleeping up right situation is not nice! However pain wise is pretty much gone now, i only feel a few twinges now and then. But at only 6 days post op and the fact i had unders, i can’t believe how well i do feel!xx

Hi Evelyn thank you for this post, I’m a bit worried about the size I’ve picked, I wasn’t given a bugger option but I’ve been told I can go back for my preop and discuss bigger. I’ve been offered 200cc I’m currently a b but I want a full D/DD so I think 300 cc should be big enough

Wow, they look amazing! I’m getting 325cc tomorrow and I currently have nothing! Can’t believe 250cc can look like yours

Hi Evelyn hope your recovery is going well? That’s great with your sizing! What are you currently? Had 255cc in the end and so glad I did. Size wise I’m very similar to you. Currently wearing a 34C for the swelling so hoping when it’s gone down I’ll fit back into my 32 band at a D! Xxx
