Do overs drop fluff get bigger like unders do

So loads on here have under the muscle they drop fluff get bigger does the Same happen with overs or do they stay the same x

They don’t get bigger they seem really high up like under but that’s swelling x

I had unders and mine did not fluff and get bigger if anything they got smaller as the swelling went down
I know people swear by the whole drop and fluff process but personally I think it’s all down to your individual anatomy etc
