Do overs go smaller or bigger over time?

Bit confused, some girls have said that there boobs have gone bigger over time but some say theyve gotten smaller just wondered, i would of thought they would be bit bigger if there tight at first as your skin loosens etc but really quite unsure..
Just bought a 32D shock absorber that doesnt fit round my boobs at the mo as there swollen but dont want them too shrink!! ahha x
