Do overs look more fake?

Hey girls 🙂 I am booked in to get either 385 or 415 overs with Mr Traynor next month… A girl at my work who has had her implants under the muscle has been telling me overs look alot more fake ..is this true? As I want them to look as natural as poss xxx

Hi jaz!! I was convinced this was true!! And then I met mr t!! He totally changed all I ever thought about this!! I was stuck between the same size as you, went for 385 overs and the beauty of them is how natural they are!! No one has clocked!! But if I want them to look fake, which mr t told me no matter how much I said I didn’t, I would at some point, then I can stick on a push up bra and get that look too!! Over seem to have a longer life as if you have an amount of breast tissue then by going over you wouldn’t end up with double bubble! Unders are best for girls with little tissue to start with as an implant would then look stuck on, so it gives a more natural finish!! I always wanted unders but now I am an overs convert!! Plus the healing is supposed to be easier 🙂 xxx

Ahhhh I see !!! thanks holly youre a star! I totally forgot to ask about the difference in my consultation… Was too busy thinking about trying the implants on haha. Yours look amazing ! I am still stuck which size to go for though because I think i have less tissue than you had to begin with from what I can see on your before pic. :/ xxxxxx

Hi Jaz, I am having 400CC overs on Wednesday with Mr Singh at Highgate. I am a size 6-8, 5’2 so am very petite. I was told I dont have very much breast tissue but because my frame is so small he wouldnt be able to fit the 400cc under the muscle, but from where I had previously been over weight (I used to be a size 22) the implant needs to be big enough to fill my breast – therefore I have to have overs. He did say that as theres so little breast tissue, there’s a chance of rippling but using a push-up bra would get rid of this. Also having my BA combined with a Tummy Tuck so I have a 2 night stay eeek!! xxx
