Do they make the breasts lower? Post op girls!

Hi girls!
So this is a random question but I’ve been looking at some girls before’s and after’s where they’ve drawn on them and have noticed they’ve drawn the incision lower then the original crease of the boob.
I have a long torso and Im worried that if he goes lower then my crease of my boob then it will make my boobs appear really low down on my chest! Does this always happen or is it on some people?

Hi Hun they do lower some people’s creases but not everyone’s it all depends on weather they need to or not xxx
