Do unders get bigger or smaller when they drop?

Hi Girls, I had 300cc high profile under the muscle 8 days ago and wonder if they will get bigger or smaller when they drop and fluff? Have any of you had any experience of this? I used to be an empty 34b, maybe even A, and now fit 36C sports bra. I know it’s still very early to say and probably I’ve got quite a lot of swelling, but I don’t want them to get any smaller! I think I’m getting a bit of a boob greed! Xx

Unders get bigger as they drop and fluff as the muscle is tight at the moment pushing on the implant and as it relaxes the implant can settle! I’m 6 weeks post op if you want add me and have a look at my pictures, at first I had boob greed cause they were so small but now they are perfect and they still need to drop and fluff some more!

@lyds2015 Thanks Lydia, that’s very helpful. I’m just worried that when the swelling goes they will look smaller, but as you said the muscles probably hold them quite tight. I would love to see your photos and have just added you. Xx

I had 350 UHP unders from being a 32a and when I first had the op I fitted a 34 c bra and then a couple of weeks later was in a d. I went to get fitted on Friday and ended up being a 30 e!! You’ve got to remember as well sports bras do nothing for anyone especially in normal clothes so just give it time!!

Unders definetly get bigger hun I had 500cc mod + unders and after one week I measured a 30DD from a 28 AA 2 weeks later I measured a 28f and then a week and a half after that a 28G your muscle will release and the implants will drop in to position and fluff out. I posted this exact same question when I was a couple of days post op. I’m now 3 weeks post op and can definitely say mines have gotten much bigger. They’ve dropped and fluffed loads so are much more round and have Come together loads . I can’t stop Looking at them haha!

I agree with lydia hun, after my op (425/450 unders) I was in an F sports bra, then a week later I could fit into a DD & i was a bit gutted that they’d shrunk so much, really thought that’s how they were gonna stay……. i’ll be 5 weeks this week and they seem to have gotten much fuller/bigger in the last week it’s amazing! 🙂 i’m going to get measured on thurs i cant wait any longer haha xx

Hey sweetie we talking fully under or parts as some girls get two mixed up ? Fully under can be funny at times I had 385/415 1st time took me to a G cup they looked smaller than wot they was They will drop and fluff but not as much over the muscle as the implants are incased witch the musvle will keep them high up and In place which gives them better chance of less risk I had problems with unders so had my placed over the muscle this time but this don’t mean to say this will happen you xx

Hi Hun I had 400cc unders in January from a 32A I got measured around 5 weeks post op and was a 32E been measured again recently and they got me at a 32F they definitely do change so much they’re much fuller too hope this helps xx

Hi hun. A had my 3rd b.a 6 days ago n everytime under the muscle. They shud defo get a bit bigger. Al depends on the individual aswel. Every1 has diffrent bodys. Mine wernt that big when a woke up. N after 6 days tday. Ave woke up n there a bit bigger..hoping next few months theyl defo get bigger as did last 2 times a had them x

Thanks girls for all your help!! I’ve looked at your photos @lyds2015 and @parrisjade. They look amazing – you must be so happy! It is so interesting to see how they were changing. I’m only 10 post op, and still very sore, especially under my left arm, on the side of the boob. Went for my first walk today, 40 min and was still getting a little pain in my ribs and between my shoulder blades. Can’t wait for these 6 weeks to pass now!! Xx

I feel the same. I am 6 weeks post tomorrow. I have gotten 450cc hp unders from a 32 A or B (barely filled) deflated from breastfeeding and I feel like I am the same size from when I was breastfeeding.. The nurse and Dr keep saying that it takes 3-6 months for the implants to drop and fluff. The nurse tells me that I will eventually get bigger, but to be honest they look like they’re only getting smaller.. I don’t wanna have to end up being a B.. I was hoping to be a DD or at least a D.

LA I feel the same as you I had my done on Friday I was only a 32aa and had 325cc under muscle and dont feel like they are much bigger i wanted to be a c or d but got a feeling i am only going to be a b cup the dr said 325 will make me a c or d but i really dont see ?? I go see nurse on 28th of may xx

Does anyone have pictures of their progression? I have 325 cc and I feel like they look identical to like swollen period boobs before surgery. 🙁

I agree! I got 325 ccs and I am freaking out because they look only slightly different from period boobs. Especially if “swelling” goes away, I am so worried!!

Hi so I have unders 500cc and one has started to drop and fluff and the other is still really tight they look like two different boobies 🙈 I’m only 2 weeks post op x

I’m just over 3 weeks post op with 460 cc ultra high profile unders
My left boob was bigger then my right the right one dropped lower then the left one at first but now they seem to be near enough equal maybe slightly off abit because they still are changing so by the end of it they’ll be level
they are both classed as 2 different ops and they heal at different rates
Don’t worry theyll both start to look the same and level out as the weeks go on
