do you keep sports bra on all the time

Do u ever have a break from the sports bra x

Hey my surgeon says yes although you can let them get some fresh air for a few minutes lol well that’s what I will be doing xx

The only time I took mine off was to shower xx

Feels like I cant breath horrible xx

I had breaks for 20-30mins but I was always sat down, and then as I got further along like 4 weeks I would go without it for 4 hours but never doing anything strenuous never lifted up my arms etc xxx
