do your implants feel real?

hey ladies do your implants feel and look real? i want to be bigger but want natural as poss! thanks

Hiya,

I had round implants under the muscle almost 4 weeks ago…. My friends all say they feel real (thats the 1st thing people want – a poke! ha) i didnt have much boob to start with so dont know how to compare…. Under clothes they look natural i’d say but in a bikini im concious they look fake – Maybe thats just because i know they are though – Either way they look fab!!
