Docs note

sorry my head is filled with so many questions at minute. nurse sent docs note today for go ahead, worried it’s not gonna be back in time before next tuesday. Also what if the doctor did say i couldn’t have surgery, i don’t think for one min he would but if he did, would i still lose all the money? Just little things niggling me xx

docs notes r sent out first class or faxed so will defo be over and unless u have had a bad heart ect they cnt not let u x x

well I called my doctors and asked for my doctor to call me back for a telephone appointment so I could explain to him my reasons for going ahead and hurry him along cos they are useless…and he ok’d it right away maybe a phonecall to ur gp would hurry things up too xx
