Doctors note for the nurse????

Help please I have my pre op Wednesday at Birmingham clinic do I need a doctors note from my own doctors to say I’m healthy and well and not on any meds? Not sure I’ll get an appointment with my own doctor now as its to soon an my pc didn’t tell me I needed one?

I didn’t either. At the pre op you sign a consent form to give mya permission to obtain your notes from your GP. Hope that helps xx

You just need to know your nhs number i think! 🙂
