Document help!

Hey girls,
I paid my deposit today and have booked my surgery for 22nd October! Eeeekk! I have just been sent a form through from my PC to sign, the mya personalised care form and in the procedure box they’ve put im having a removal and re-Aug … which is correct, but then they’ve put + PREMIUM next to it. What’s the premium part about?? Thanks xx

Hi SOPHIE I also wondered what the PREMIUM was so I messaged my PC and she said it is the ‘ Mentor implants ‘, just message your PC or give her a call for peace of mind. Xx

Yeah I wondered as well, it’s to do with the implants xx

As above said Hun it’s the mentor implants I asked my pc the same thing lol xxx
