The matalan one it’s the only one my surgeon said to use…..I have put on so much weight since op but I’m just getting wider…I’ve had to cover my incision’s back up cos it’s rubbing that much, only took the steri strips off last night xx

Usually if the band is too tight the cup is also too small. I’d try a bigger cup and a smaller back. Try use a tape measure to check your back size so you know where to start, if the tape measure fits then stretchy material definitely will. Once you’ve got that you can try different cups until you get a comfortable fit xx

I am the same Hun, I am hoping it’s all swelling/ fluid-! My macom is unfortably tight! I am using a bit of gauze on both of mine. Hopefully we will go back to normal back size asap! X

You don’t want the back size to be to loose though. I wonder why he recommends that bra? Sounds like you’d be better off with a Macom or MYA bra x

Could you get a strap extension just to get you by temporarily, it will give you extra strap & saves buying a new bra which you might not need for long , or try a 40d . Poor you it is horrible having the wrong fit bra Xx

Ps m&s are good they let me walk about in my bra for a bit before I paid for it . I recommend the high impact sports bra it has been the best one I’ve found xx
