Does anyone have any before and after of their cleavage gap?

I know it won’t fix mine just find it hard to believe it won’t change at all, I’m having 400cc overs, if anyone does have any pictures that would be fantastic please X

Hi Claire, I’ve not had my op but someone shared some valuable information with me about cleavage which I found so helpful so I’ll pass it on.

When you had your surgeon consultation the Dr. will have taken your breast width measurement which is the measurement from the side of your breast to where your cleavage should be. My surgeon didn’t give me this measurement but I did take a photo of the document from that consultation and can see mine is 11.5 and 12cm (which quite wide).

When you know your breast width you can then look at the diameter of the implants you have been offered. This information can be found on the Mentor website – I have looked it up and a 400cc HP is 12.3cm in and a moderate plus 400cc is 13.2cm in diameter.

Based on my breast width 11.5/12cm), the 400cc HP should give me good cleavage as it fits my breast width pretty perfectly. The moderate plus is wider at 13.2cm and will most likely result in a more fake looking cleavage on me.

Hopefully that all makes sense but if not let me know 🙂

Mine is probably about the same as yours, as I don’t have any cleavage at all unsure if you have this problem, she told me she can’t guarantee to close the gap but I guess they can’t say that and it’s to cover their backs after the op, but I did think the size of the implant and shape I couldn’t imagine it wouldn’t make a difference at all, as I’m a empty 34b now, thank you that has been so helpful! My op isn’t until September I just can’t wait! X

I have zero cleavage at the moment and Dr. Fiumara said the BA will not give me any, which I didn’t expect but I am hoping that it narrows the gap I currently have. I’ve got pictures on my profile if you want to take a look at how far apart mine are.
I certainly think that Dr. Fiumara is very cautious when it comes to managing expectations, I think she’s realistic but try’s not to set your hopes too high so that if you don’t have the “perfect” cleavage / boobs you always wanted your not disappointed, but then if you do it’s a bonus!
If cleavage is higher on your list of priorities then maybe talk to Linda about going for moderate plus implants as these are wider but don’t project as far (approx 1cm wider and 1cm less projection).
I honestly wouldn’t worry too much about the implants not making much difference to your size, they will. Dr. Fiumara wouldn’t have suggested something that won’t make a difference to you, no sensible surgeon would without telling you. I think looking at other girls results is a bit of a good and bad thing. I am having 300 mod plus unders and some people’s results looking amazing and others look really small, which makes me super nervous that I’m not going to be happy with the size. I’ve decided to just accept that it will be what it will be and if I get the boobs which I think are perfect then that’s a bonus 🙂

Not sure if this is helpful, I had a small gap between my boobs before my BA and a sort of dented inwards chest, not sure if you can see on my before picture. And now you can’t even tell!
The first is before and the second picture is 10days post op. I’m now 3 weeks post op xxx
