Does back size go bigger aswel as the cup?

I tryed a 32DD high impact sports bra on frpm marksys an its jus strangling my ribs an i havent even got me boobs yet i had my 2cup sizes bra on underneath so i could get more of an idea how it will fill the cup but am jus wondering if your back size increases aswell as your cup unless marksys are small Fittingswill thet take it back an swap for biggger size stil got the receipt an label’s in it haven’t wore it obviously x

If your saying its tight now is it an uncumfy tight? You have swelling obviously post op and I can’t remember wether it took my back size up until it went down. I can’t comment on m n s sizes as I don’t buy from their my mums always said they don’t measure right but that’s her personal opinion and I’ve just never been because of that. But if it’s unvumfy niw chances are it will be worse the first couple of days you need it tight enough go support but you also want to try and make yourself as cumfy as you can x

As soon a put it on I felt claustrophobic I really was like get this off me I can’t breath so yea its uncomfortable tight. My mum an nsn says the same as yours. I think I wil get a 34 from marskys an see what asdas 32 are like. Thanks for the advice x

No problem! Yes you need to be cumfy so try it on before you exchange it so you don’t have to make another trip if it’s not right again! I’ve heard good reports about one of the asda ones have look through some of the topics on here and you’ll find asda being mentioned! I got a minimal bounce support bra as I used to dance so I knew that would support me like I needed to be, I still wear that now sometimes when I get days when I can’t be bothered to wear a bra! X

They do say while your healing go up a back size this helps prevent it rubbing on inscisions.

Thanks girls, I went to Asda an didn’t have any at all in the size I needed in the zip front that’s what I want. So jus went bigger in the marskys ones hope they fit I just think it’s so confusing when you don’t know what size to get x

It is like a guessing game for the first 6 weeks it is hard to choose! X
