Does it hurt when the strapping comes off?

Hi girls, I had my op on Friday & have had no pain at all 🙂 My strapping is coming off Saturday, I’ve peeled a little bit off myself to have a sneaky peek but my God it stings! Do they just pull it off or will they soak it off? xxx

I have mine off tomorrow eek so ill let you know if nobody before hand does xx

They just pull it! But it feels nice, mine were so itchy and uncomfortable it felt so good to get it off!! X

It pulled some skin off my back so was sore but guess it depends really! I had had mine on for 8 days so it was pretty stuck down! Xx

Yeah I’ve gotta wait until the 8th day 🙁 Just scared about how quick they do it, do you think they’ll let me do it, especially around my incisions? xxx

It doesn’t hurt at all! Only a little sore nearer the sides where drains where( at least was for me ) I actually thought it was a nice feeling getting it off and to get air to my chest haha. And they do just rip it off pretty quickly aswell which I think is better than removing it slowly x

Yes it hurt! It pulled a lot of my skin off and they look like burns now! Nothing some savlon can’t help but it felt like she was pretty much pulling my boobs off! It’s worth all the pain though, feels such a relief to have it off! Xxx
