Does macom bras slow down the D&F process?

I’ll be 6 weeks post op on Monday (it’s flown over ?) and I’m just wondering if my boobs will drop and fluff more when I’m in normal bras? As the macom is so tight and squishes them down. I’m hoping mine get bigger somehow also ha ??
Has anyone else found there’s have changed once they’ve stopped wearing the macom?

Mine feel better since I stopped wearing them, less sore . I’m only 4 weeks (overs) but I’m in regular sports type bra now which is looser
