Does the space drastically change post pregnancy

Can’t decided wether to wait until after I’ve had kids to have the op as heard they drop and sag some what post a baby? Anyone have any advice? Seems a waste of money otherwise. What to do????? I’m 30 and a B cup size at the moment but really want it done for my wedding next yr x

My friend had hers 8 years ago and has had 2 kids since and hers are fine she just wore good sports bras through her pregnancies and didn’t breast feed xx

Thanks that’s what I was told to wear sports bras. Xxx don’t wanna wait till I’m 40 odd to have it done xx
