doing it on your own

Has anyone gone through the whole thing on their own? I dont have a bf and my mum doesnt really approve of what im doing and isnt really interested, and I dont feel like I can ask a friend to come with me because im having an overnight stay.

If youve done the travel down & op by yourself how did you find it? Not due to have mine till December but im feeling pretty on my own 🙁

Aww honey I know a bit how you feel. I don’t have a boyfriend but luckily I have a friend willing to help.
I would encourage you to have someone with you for a few days afterwards as it’s supposed to be pretty tough. Best of luck x

I agree with Rebecca hun. It won’t be easy doing it by yourself. I’m day 3 and it’s been far from easy. All the girls are great on here for support but definitely encourage not doing it alone xx

your mum will come round ..by December when its sunk in that your doin it no matter what shell be there supporting you all the way .. good luck x x

Im not having it done with mya but booking it next week for the beginning of December. I feel like im going 2 be a hindrance if I ask anyone and its making me doubt the whole thing because noones making me feel like its a good idea.

i had to go down by myself and I was an overnight stay it was a bit lonley but i chatted to my friends on the mobile whilst waiting and i had the firls on here for support too.
You could do with a bot of help wen you get home though my mum did pop up each day.
I would if you absolutely wont have any help (although i think your mum will come round she wont leave you helpless) move cups, plates etc all down to bench level so you dont have to stretch up etc i did loads of prep in the house so I had hardly anything to actually do.
And dont forget you alaeatys have us to talk to hun
