dont know what to do

Im getting married next year and have bought my dress but after years of deliberation ive decided I want to get my boobs done but If i get them done now I wont fit into my dress 🙁 so confused also If I wait im worried il get preganant and ruin them

Could your dress not be let out? or is it too tight? xx
