Dont let excitement take over!!!!

Hi girls.
Mainly to the ladies who are yet to have their BA! Do all the research and then do t all again! Im about 10 months post op, i had 325over high profile with mr traynor, was 30B now 30DD/E from very mild tubular.

My left is perfect! Shape size etc. but my right, really bad rippling and not quite the same shape underneath. I didnt know there was more chance of rippling with bigger implants.. And wish i would of questioned the placement more as i had overs. I keep hearing unders look more natural and less chance of rippling. I also had a friend who had hers done with traynor and her scars were the tiniest hidden near scars ever. Where as mine arnt and i dont even have a crease to hide them. So dont look at someones boobs and expect the same results.

Sorry its a bit of a rant, i do them and im so glad i had them done. I have ups and downs but it always about my right boob. I couldnt possibly afford to have them re done, esp so soon. And i doubt his will be done free of charge!!!

Make sure you ask all the questions you need, right them down before hand incase the excitement does take over and you forget like i did! Xxxx

Just Had a look at your pics and I think they look fab defiantly one of the best overs I’ve seen. you looked like you had enough breast tissue before to not get rippling. I’ve just had 300cc hp partials from a 32b and I’m worried I might get rippling now as I have no more breast tissue than you did to start with and starting to think maybe I should of gone smaller but everyone always says go with the biggest size offered and you don’t really think at the time. I didn’t think of rippling with 300cc implants as most people are getting 400plus and starting out with less than I had. Also what’s tubular? I was looking at before pics of my boobs and I noticed one of them doesn’t have a proper crease at the bottom like the other so starting to think they won’t look even or my scars will be more noticeable xx

Urs look great in ur pics hun.. is ur rippling visible? How long have u had it?.. i have felt rippling in my left from 2 weeks po but mines not visible.. i was a B pre op like u also had overs and the same surgeon only i had 600cc xx

Hi aprile 🙂 first i am sorry that you had rippling and feel bad about it… but i have one question dont they cover the fee if you have to re op due to rippling? I remember my pc telling me i think either for 3 or 5 years that if you have any problem theyll fix it with no charge so im confused now?!

I had 325cc and was warned pre op that I had a very high chance of rippling as I have little breast tissue.

I noticed rippling at about 8/9 weeks. It is onlyy visible when I lean forward and is only underneath and outer side so dusnt actially bother me but so glad didnt go any bigger as wud of been a lot worse.

And you arnt covered for rippling as its a risk you gotta take and not anything surgeon has done wrong.

Hi, I just came across your post and I too was very unhappy with one breast. It just did not sit right at. Please go back to your surgeon and speak to him about your worries. I was 1year and 3 months post op and he has replaced them free of charge. Yes we are warned of rippling, but if you are not entirely happy with the placement and shape, this can be looked at and through MYA most cases are covered free of charge. Just go speak to him before giving up on fixing it. I did and I am much happier with the results and shape. Xx

Thanks girls, it appeared around 2 months post op. And hasnt gotten any worse or better. I had a good look again today and doesnt seen as bad for some reason lol. If im not stood up straight with proper posture its visible , bit if i stand properly it disappears. Hopefully they will magically go perfect when im 12 months post op ha. And if im stil feelin the same i will go back and ask what can be done regarding the shape and scars etc. i know rippling isnt covered though so will have to learn to deal with that. 🙂 xxxx
