Double bubble and bottoming out!!

I’m pretty sure one of my breasts has bottomed out, I think it happened a couple of months a go (I’m 7/8 months post op) does anyone know how I go about getting this sorted, my nearest clinic is 2 and half hours away so can I speak to someone over the internet about this? I’m worried and want it fixed!
