Feeling a bit sorry for myself today. Scared to move my arms much dnt want anything happening to my incisions. My sports bra feels sooo tight dnt know if thats a good thing or bad to geep them supported got the zip up m&s bra. Find it hard too sleep in nights as kids cum in my room in middle of the night so scared they will jump on me. Am I ment to keep the bra on all time or do the boobies need a breather??? Just a down day 🙁
Hi hun, you dont want your bra too tight so that it presses or rubs on your incisions, it should be comfortable, and you do need it on day and night, for support and also i think it encourages blood flow to the area, but you can let them out for a breather for a bit i tend to “unleash” em for about 15/20 mins a day xx
Ye I knew it was 6 weeks to keep it on just wasnt sure if I let the boobies have a breather lol . Im inpatient just wanna feel normal lol thanks girls xxx
You will soon be feeling better hun x it doesn’t help being in pain and not being able to do much and to add to the mix it’s crap not being able to shower properly. Your just having a down day tomorrow will be better :). Yer radders is right you should keep the sports bra on 24/7 for six weeks naff I know but worth it in the long run. Chin up hun and look at how nice your boobs are 🙂 xx

Think it’s just been one if those days today were all having one lol, remember tomorrow’s another day and it could be worse they could be sticking a great big needle in you to suck fluid out when u get up lol, xxxx
