Hi Ladies, I’ve booked my in person appt with Mr Madhi for April, but now I’ve been able to find more pics from Mr Giannas. How did you completely narrow it down? And what made you chose Mr Giannas over your other options (if you were given any) Thanks Rach x

Mr Giannas is a boob god, he is absolutely amazing! My scars are so good and i HAD a naturally huge gap between my boobs and he told me it probably wouldn’t change from that but ive now had my operation and i have no gap!! Cannot praise him enough he’s genuinely so nice and caring

I had Mr Giannas on 6th March and I’m over the moon with the results. My progress on Insta also if it helps as there isn’t much info on him.

Hi Kaz I’m trying to upload a photo but it’s saying it’s too large. 🙈🙈 is there any other way I could show you?
I went 450 in left and 415 in right (one boob slightly bigger than the other) and also changed to smooth so the sizing is slightly different x

Hey Laura – yeah this forum is weird with photos 🙃 if you screenshot the photo and then upload the screenshot – that normally works I think. It must shrink the photo!! Both mine are the same size (hardly any breast tissue) so be good to see your befores too to compare? Thanks for trying hun xxx

Wow Laura – thanks – they look great!! You defo have more breast tissue than me to start off with though but I love them 😍

Mr Giannas is amazing! Before and after pic below. I had teardrop – 375cc & 325cc. Still some dropping and fluffing to go but super happy already!
