Anyone had Dr Giannas?

Hello my loves,

Does anyone have any feedback, positive or negative in regards to Dr Giannas? I have a consultation with him in a couple of weeks and looking for some feedback. I’m hoping to have a breast enlargement basically after losing my volume after having my two children but can’t seem to find much feedback in regards to him! Any information at all would be brilliant

Heya Hun, I had Mr Giannas for my BA. He is really nice and tells you exactly what he thinks. He will also only recommend what’s right for your frame. I’ve heard his stitching is amazing as well (can’t see mine yet as have dressing on) but overall I can’t fault him 🙂 xx

Ps I’ve had a child and breastfed, so was recommended him as the best surgeon for my type of boobs, and what I wanted to achieve xx

Thank you for your reply!! I want to feel comfortable around him and feel like I can get what I want. Can I ask did you have over or under the muscle? I was under the impression over would be better but now I’m reading perhaps not :-/ xx

No problem Hun :). I was really comfortable with him, and he was very honest with me. I wanted 350cc and he said that this was not possible because of the width of my natural breasts, but he said he would be happy to do 325cc and the result would be basically the same anyway! I had partials (half under, half over) as he said that was what would look the best!! I think overs depend on how much breast tissue you have!! He will tell you all about what is best for you though, don’t worry :). He won’t recommend anything that won’t look good xx

Ah that’s brilliant, he sounds great, just what I need! Are you happy with yours? I think that’s most likely the size I was thinking would prob be best for me but obviously see what he says! I’m nervous though because normally everything I do is for the kids so it’s allot of money to spend on myself so I don’t want to get it wrong. How’s the pain been? xx

He is brilliant! I can’t really tell what mine are going to look like at the moment because of the dressings and strapping, but hoping they will be just what I’ve always wanted! I’m planning on doing a post about my experience with some photos when I’m a bit more comfortable and able to take some decent photos haha!! Honestly, I felt exactly the same. I always do whatever I can for my baby, but this is something I’ve wanted since I was a little girl and I’ve worked hard to save, so don’t beat yourself up about it!!! It is a lot of money, but it’s so worth it and you’ve got to remember it’s a one off thing, once it’s paid off, that’s it then :). Pain has been on and off, sometimes I’m in agony, and other times I feel ok. Hoping each day will get easier and easier though 🙂 xx

Oh fab, can’t wait to see and read your post ???? yeah I know your right, also my kids have destroyed my boobs lol it’s not that I want them done to show to the world but just to feel comfortable in my clothes again and be able to buy nice underwear etc I think my husband is most likely sick of seeing me in sports bras lol not that’s he’s said but I’m certainly sick of them. How was the actual surgery? Did you stay the night? xx

I’ve wanted mine done since I was a kid honestly, I’ve never been lucky enough to have boobs. I got them temporarily when pregnant, but they went again straight after and I did this for my confidence so that I no longer live in baggy tshirts/jumpers and can actually buy nice clothes/underwear and not feel rubbish about my body aged 23!! Surgery was actually a breeze, and even though I panicked about it for days, it went by without a hiccup!! and I didn’t stay in no 🙂 I went home the same day xx

Good for you! You deserve to feel good about yourself, especially when we’re mums cos we often have our hair screwed up and running around but we’re still individuals and important too! That’s amazing so pleased it went well for you and I can’t wait to hear about your full experience 🙂 xx

I do indeed! I’ve felt unhappy in my body my whole adult life and I felt it was time I did something about it!! Thanks Hun, I will do a post when I’ve recovered a little more xx 🙂

I had my consultation with Dr Giannas on the 22nd of March he’s lovely very honest but not in a degrading way I told him I don’t like the fake look but I want as big as my frame can handle he suggested 300cc or 350cc high profile round over the muscle he laughed when I said ohhh thank god I was hoping you’d say over the muscle haha. He said otherwise it wouldn’t suit me. I’m 5”7 10st and size 10 32c I’ve had five kids and breastfed two.

I’m 4wpo from 250cc HP unders with Dr Giannas. I cannot recommend him enough, he was very honest with me and told me the max size I could go up to (I’m very petite) so that’s the size I went for and it looks perfect on my frame. My scars have nearly gone already as well x

I’ve booked my op for the 25th of April at the Fitzroy but my iron is currently 8 so I’ve been taking iron tablets religiously for the past week and had another blood test with the pre op nurse yesterday but she didn’t seem too concerned? I’m taking three iron tablets three times a day with vitamin c hoping it will go up fast.. I think they should call me back by tomorrow if its still low.. x

Hopefully the iron situation won’t be too much of an issue I also have to take iron tablets but I forget allot…..so knowing my surgery will be in June I’m trying to remember to take them religiously so that doesn’t cause a problem closer to the time. You will have to let me know how you get on 🙂 xx

Yes I was Norwich! Really good experience, someone I know said the after care wasn’t good but the nurse has been amazing and checking up on me and stuff. Had my dressings off Monday and she trimmed stitches and today I’ve been able to take my band off and I can finally sleep on my side again!! Hooray!!!

Really liked Mr Giannis though he was lovely and made me feel so at ease the morning of my surgery he came and saw me after and then again the morning I was discharged! I have my before and after photos!
The first was 10 days post op and then the third is today and the tape he told me to wear to flatten scars but you literally can’t even see them they are so neat!!

I have Dr Giannas on the 29th April!! I’m having a nipple lift and BA. I was told by other surgeons I needed an uplift but he said it wasn’t necessary and not worth the extra scarring. I felt very comfortable with him and deffo think I’ve made the right choice with him! xx

I’ve had me Giannas, I’m 5 weeks post op now and I can barely see my incision they’re so neat! I’ve had 350cc partials. I Highly recommend him – I’ve attached a photo so you can see xx

Girls, I had my first post op appointment tonight and I had Mr Giannas 12 days ago and I swear to god my scars have healed and almost gone already! They are like a hair sized line and all I can describe it as is when you have on a tight bra and you have a tiny little pink mark underneath for a while! My god he’s a boob genius!!!!! so so impressed for only 12DPO!!!! 1000000% recommend xx

100% recommend Mr Giannas I had him in January! I had 375cc teardrop unders and I’m in love! Love the result, so natural and scars are so so neat!!!

I’m booked in with Mr Giannas for my consultation on the 20th April and my op is booked for 4th June! I have been waiting for 12 years for this!! I am so excited but a little nervous and I am constantly now zooming in on boobs to see what I am hoping to look like lol.

Is there a page that I can see before and after? I have been on his website and the comments and feed back are really good.

I am currently a 36 B – 5ft7 .. one breast is larger than the other. Emma who did my e-consult said I would probably need one lifted but he has already said that it will easily be fixed by 2 different sized implants.

Glad I’ve joined this forum as its good to hear others experiences 🙂

Has anyone had dr Giannas for nose job? I’ve seen a couple of girls who have had him and their noses look great but I’d like to see some more if possible x
