Hello!
i have my surgeon consultation booked on the 25th june with Dr Giannas…has anyone recently been to see him or had surgery by him?? hoping i made the right choice to go with him! also if anyone knows what sizes he would go up to?
thanks ladies x
Hey Alex,
I had Mr Giannas on Friday 23rd March, its my 6WKPO tomorrow.
He is a fantastic surgeon, very calm and makes you really feel at ease.
In your consultation he goes through the step by step process, risks etc.
He prefers the natural look, and seems to recommend a size that suits your body frame, and discourages going to big. His incisions were fantastic and I can hardly see mine now, I was amazed at how quickly they healed.
I was a small empty 32C originally & went for 250 & 275 HP partials.
On the morning of surgery I panicked and asked if I could go 275 & 300. He was absolutely lovely about it and made the change over no problem.
I have had no problems so fare and I think I will be a 32DD
Hope that helps
Adele xx
Hi Alex, I have Dr. Giannas booked for the 25th! He really is lovely, I’ve seen some really good reports of his work and his incisions appear to be legendary! He wasn’t very vocal when I first met him which made me feel a bit nervous as I was expecting a surgeon to tell me what I needed but him but he was just listening to what I wanted and then told me how he would go about making that happen and any limitations! I’ve seen him twice now and I completely trust him to create the look that I wan! Ive pretty much left most of the decisions to him and I can’t wait for my operation! X
I had Dr Giannas last Sunday on 29th April and I can’t recommend him enough, he is so lovely and very professional. I also started at an empty 32B/C due to weight loss and he wouldn’t go higher than 300cc because he wanted to achieve a natural look. I’m very happy with the results so far!!
awwh thank you so much ladies! really looking forward to it now, if anyone has as pictures they dont mind sharing please post them would love to see the results x
Hi ladies! I have booked in with him 23rd June at fitzroy. I am 5 ft5 8.9stone and currently a 34a/b. I want natural so i think itll be 275cc which is fine. I still want to fit in my clothes i just want a nice cleavage. It sounds like from reviews ive chosen the perfect surgeon.
7 week count down i am so excited, its been a long 5 year descision but its defo the right time!
Do you ladies have any before and after pics u could share please? Xx
Awwh good luck Rachel hope it all goes well! its taken a long time to make this decision for me too but feeling positive about it! no more push up bras ahaa, what was he like in your consultation?x

I’ll put up some before and after photos hope this helps xx
I am booked in with him to have 400 cc over in the 29 th July at the Fitzroy I am so nervous Mel can I ask do he use strapping after the surgery aswell as a band ect and if he does how long you have it on for x
Hiya Alison really you have nothing to worry about it’s over before you konw it hun and everyone is so nice there I was very nervous too but it’s like one minute your in theatre and the next your in recovery you will be absolutely fine. Yes he uses stripping that’s not so bad he came round after and said I could take it of the next day because I had overs too 400cc for you WoW ???? good luck xx
I am having an uplift and implants with him on the 24th of June ! Super excited ♥️
Thankyou Hun I really can’t wait how was your pain after I have heard overs arnt as painful I have 6 weeks off to recover as don’t work school hols but still worries ect
Your welcome hun. For me the pain was quite moderate I would say the first few days can be a bit of a struggle like pushing yourself up in bed because you have to sleep setting up. I was going to have unders but am so glad I went with the overs now. 6 weeks is more than enough sweetie x
