Dr. Lutz review??

Hi,

I’m booked in with Dr. Lutz for breast enlargement, HP 250CC unders, , on 7th June (although hoping to bring this forward if work can accommodate). I had a consultation with my PC who originally suggested someone else, but our availability didn’t line up so was unable to schedule consultation. I had a consultation with Dr. Lutz and was very pleased. She was more helpful than previous surgeons I had seen at Transform so gave me a really good impression of MYA. However, since leaving I realised that I haven’t actually seen any of Lutz’s work, as the before/after pics I saw at my first consultation were the original surgeons work. I’ve read a lot of reviews about her being abrupt (which she kind of was, but only in an informative kind of way) but I really want to see some of her work as she’s new to MYA. Can anyone help?

Hi I had surgery with ms lutz on Wednesday I had 350 hp overs I’m now 4dpo still sore but better than the first 3 days (they were hard) I was a 32AA Before surgery I’m 5’2 and weighed 9st 4 before surgery I have a picture from 2 days post op I’ll attach but please excuse my really bloated stomach ! (Be prepared for the bloatedness after surgery lol) best of luck to you Hun xx

Hi Hun, I researched Ms Lutz when I started my journey. She was still with transform then; although I loved her I didn’t feel transform were right for me. If you have instagram you could look at wearetransform as she has a couple of pictures there. Good luck with your journey xx

Hi madison, thank you, they still look cone shaped and high and my nipples still look puffy but overall I no in the end I’m going to be happy ! I don’t no what size they are as its far too soon to measure, but for me, my size/ frame they feel right …. not too big or too small, just right 🙂 any questions Hun just ask 🙂 xx

Ive just had my meeting with ms lutz and shes giving me the 250cc high profiles and i feel that small for my size 32a ,5ft 8 and 9st 3lb. I was hoping for a D cup , how do you feel after having these as i dont know if im having boob greed.

I feel like it is a good size and am really happy with them so far. I’m not sure how they’ll turn out as obviously they need to drop and fluff – some say they look bigger after this. They were quite swollen yesterday so they seem slightly smaller today (1Day Post Op).

Have attached pics of me in post surgery bra prior to surgery, pictures in bra post surgery and without bra.

Hope this helps but who knows how they will change!

Thanks madison for the photos , just felt when I was trying on all the different sizes that 350 would be ideal for my frame but after speaking to ms lutz and here giving me the option of 225cc or 250cc I felt a little disheartened. But yours looking amazing so fingers cross I get the result I’m after.

Has she offered to go bigger if you go under muscle? Or are you already going under? Only ask as she offered me 250cc over muscle (which is better for cleavage) but said that if I wished to go any bigger she would go under muscle if necessary.

If you’re already going under muscle with the 225/250 then she’s probably worried that any bigger would leave stretch marks or rippling! My biggest fear is rippling ATM so am happy I went smaller as very little breast tissue to cover any potential rippling!

She offered me 225cc under the muscle no other option :/ I had to push her to give me 250cc which she wasn’t really happy with , but she agreed. I think the thing that’s bothering me the most is that she wouldn’t tell me what size I would be ! As I don’t want to pay this much and only go up to a b cup :/

I met dr lutz 2 weeks ago, I was wanting 400cc but unfortunately she only offered me 325cc high profile overs! I thought I was going to end up having unders because of how small I am! Shes said if I went any bigger I’d end up having stretch marks… I left feeling a bit down as I wasn’t expecting such a small implant BUT my consultant reckons I’ll go up 3 cup sizes- up to a DD… it all depends on your own body and your breast tissue! I’ve learnt to not go by what everyone else is having because there are some girls who have had a smaller implant than others and have ended up bigger! It’s so hard to tell what size u will be after but ask dr lutz what size she reckons you will be or ask your consultant.. xx

Thank you , I’ve email my consultant and she’s phoning me later today. I’m so down about it as we was trying 350cc 400cc on my first consultantion. I guess I got my hopes on 350cc :/ just a shock when ms lutz said 225cc.

I totally understand where your coming from because I was the same! My consultant told me I’ll be able to have 400cc/425cc but dr lutz won’t go go bigger than the 325cc.. if your truely not happy ask to see someone else.. hope you get the results you want xx

I have also heard that Luts is very modest with her sizing. I only wanted a small change so she was perfect for me. Perhaps you should see a different surgeon and get a second opinion?

I have Ms lutz on the 9th august and she told me 400cc would be perfect which I was surprised about after reading she prefers smaller implants , I am 5ft 3 and 9st3 so I am curvy but have had 3 children which have sucked the life out of my breasts , I am so excited though and I really do trust her to do a good job after seeing everybody else’s results 🙂

I had a breast augmentation with Dr Lutz 6 years ago (with transform) and I had 260ml round silicone implants over- I had similar feelings to what’s being described like argh should I push for the 300ml because of boob greed but in the end I’m so glad that Dr lutz was firm and said she would see if she could but that she wouldn’t put in 300s if there wasn’t space for a natural look and no rippling.
I was 25 years old and slim, a 30B/32A/B and I wanted ‘double Ds’ so bad and now I understand why the size isn’t important it’s how the boobs look! I went up to a 32D then after a few months when I went to the gym and did some pec excercises went up to a 32DD, and after filling out and putting on weight and then losing it again (gave up smoking,hitting my late twenties/early thirties!) I’m solid 32DD/E although I have to say- my boobs don’t look like Es or maybe even double Ds, but they are very natural, suit my body shape, no rippling, barely visible scars, and as an exotic dancer I have seen ALOT of boob jobs and had so many people compliment me on mine and ask for my surgeon (actually how I’m on here now looking for info on Dr Lutz for my friend!)
So I would say if you want a natural look, in my experience trust Dr Lutz. There are plenty of surgeons will put in big implants so if you want that then get a second opinion from them but with Dr Lutz you may get a stern exterior but that is protecting beautiful work:)
Photos are after a few years how they settled in and on my wedding day last year with no bra

I have a consult with Ms Lutz on the 4th as I heard her work was the most natural and ‘in keeping’ with the size of the body. I am incredibly excited and thank you for your review Lucy – always helps to have these reinforced! Will add you if that is okay!

I’m booked to have my ba with Ms Lutz on the 18th Jan and cannot wait! She’s recommended overs for me and 350cc

Hi girlies. I went with Ms Lutz 6 weeks ago tomorrow. So so pleased with my results. I had no bruising at all…. no even one. I had 300cc mod plus overs. My scares are barely visable already. All the best for those of you waiting for your opp…
