Dr Singh away for a year!!

So I am almost a year post op and still have one dodgy boob. I had haematoma in this boob which was really bad but did go down eventually so did not have to have re-op. When I went back to Dr Singh at my 6 month check he advised me to wait until a year before going back to see if the dodgy shape would settle. Now this far ahead I decided to call the surgery to see if I can go back to see him to arrange re-op only to find he has now left for annual leave for a year. Can anyone tell me what I need to do, will another surgeon operate on me?? Thanks

He’s actually retired… You need to ring Mya and explain and then they will sort out getting permission from Dr Singh for another surgeon of there choice to do a revision. Dr Singh did my revision op the other day after Dr grob did them two years ago but left

You have to talk with MYA after surgary we have 5years waranty. What i think you should call MYA for consultation them you will have your New PC Who will book for you consultation with Dr. I think is the fastest way.

Mr Singh has not retired… He’s on leave and he will be returning! I don’t know why you think he’s retired?! He’s going to get veneers and go on holiday… He will be back! X

Yeah he deffo hasn’t retired he did reop on me couple of weeks ago and said he was just having a holiday and veneers 🙂 other surgeons will be able to take over whilst he’s away x

I have been signed over to him as a patient, I had 550cc overs 8 weeks ago and my right implant has bottomed out, causing my incision to open. It has been open for 6 weeks and due to infection I haven’t been able to have it stitched up. I have lived with an open incision with a dressing over it for 6 weeks. I have now had 5 courses of anti biotics none of which have worked yet. I haven’t posted any pictures as frankly they are horrifying to look at. Mya have been fantastic and Mr Singh has seen me 1-2 Times a week since ny op which is why I know he isn’t coming back.
My whole ordeal has been awfull all I wanted was a perfect set of big boobs and I’m no where near that at the moment. He is a brilliant surgeon though and what has happened is not his fault. I am being stabbed for mrsa related infection twice a week and as soon as they come back negative I can have ny revision surgery. It has already been 8 weeks though and could well be another 8 weeks. I am trying to be positive but it’s hard 🙁

Same here, he told me he was retiring after he did a revision on me the other week after feeling sorry for me after listening to my answer when he said “why haven’t I seen you since February” sadly he is not coming back, my pre op nurse said he’d be a loss to the company when he goes and then after my surgery he said goodbye which is said as so far I am estatic with what he’s done for me! Post op nurse also confirmed he has left 🙁 I’d love if he was coming back my mum wants him!

Oh god i got told last sat that he was off on holiday and veeners!! He was lovely gutted that he’s left !! that’s probably why he rushed my re op in! Xx
