Dr Traynor reaugmentation and uplift?

Does anyone have any experience with Dr Traynor for reaugmentation? I am 5ft 2 and a 32dd. 8stone. I have had them over 20 years. Being older and having a one year old I want to go down to a 32c. I may need an uplift although my current boobs aren’t saggy. It’s more because of reducing in size. I have my surgical appointment in November. Any feedback or pictures of anyone who has had anything similar would be hugely appreciated. Thank you xx
