Drains??

Does everyone have to have drains?? I dont even know what these are… Mr Traynor has never mentioned these to me

No not every surgeon uses them if he has not mentioned them them properly u will not have them x

what are the drains for and when do they have to be used? my surgeon hasn’t mentioned them either x

I had them it jus helps with swelling an the jus drain blood , they are removed after about 5/6 hrs after your op it doesn’t hurt. It really has helped with swelling an I’m not in any pain xx

It helps to ease the swelling but also helps to get any fluids out that they put in whilst putting the implants in. U have a small incision about an inch around from the implant incision its smaller than a cm the tube in it actually goes nearly all round the implant inside ur boob. U can feel it bubbling and stinging a little bit when they remove them but its not going to take long for them to be removed.. Not every surgon uses them its personal preference of the surgon.
