Drains

Hey ladies….I had my ba on 18th March at 10:00 so approaching day 2 today. I had drains in everything was fine when they were taken out it didn’t hurt or anything, except my right boob did not clot straight away. both boobs are feeling very sore where the drains were taken out and the meds don’t seem to be helping much. It’s so peculiar as my incisions are fine. I’m wearing strapping and do feel a bit tight however I’m just wondering if anyone experienced anything similar and how long this pain/soreness will last for? xx

Hi hun, I had my ba on the 17th March and i still have a lot of pain where my drains were taken out, to be honest it’s probably the most painful part! I’m pretty sure it’s normal though, as the nurse had to really tug at mine to get them out so i imagine the skin is really sore xx

@ellie hey hun congrats on your new boobies. I agree 100% I was not expecting that at all more like the incisions to be really sore or painful. what did you get if you dont mind me asking hun? I got 375cc/400cc Mod profile overs, so I’m able to movd my arms and stuff with no pain. It’s just those bloody drains that have made it difficult to move around xx

Hey girls. I has my ba on the 18th with mr traynor at preston. I had 300cc over. Not in any pain just feelin alittle bit achy like iv done a huge gym session lol. The one thing i was dreadin was gettin the drains out but i never had any in :/. I thought everyone would hav them i asked y i didnt and the nurse just said not everyone needs them. So i guess im very lucky cos that seems to b where ppl have the pain. Im soo lookin foward to my boobies droppin and coming together :). Its just a waitin game now for us. I hope you all heal very quickly with minimal pain.
Mine look alittle pointy at the min but im sooo pleased with them. Cant wait to go bra shoppin 🙂

Congratulations to you girlies too 🙂 I had 450 and 550 HP partials. I’m day 3 po and I feel so groggy and sick rather than in pain, I think it’s due to the antibiotics. I can’t wait till they soften up a bit as they’re quite hard and tight.
I get my strapping off Monday, very nervous! Xx

@Melanie congratulations to you too hun. You are so lucky you didn’t have drains I think I would be fine otherwise. Me too I can’t wait to get some new bras too I keep shopping online and putting things in my bag and then I don’t buy it as I know it’s too soon. I’m just teasing myself lol.

@ellie I bet you are so happy hun what size will that make you? I’ve been told mines will make me a D/DD. It’s good that you’re no in pain hun I think I would rather be groggy and eat all day Although I must say it’s not worse than childbirth hahaha so I shouldnt even complain. You must be so excited babe not long to go now 3 days wahoooo. I have my strapping off on wednesday and it can’t come soon enough excited much.
