Hi Kim, I waited 10 days and then took it really easy behind the wheel with some short distance trips and was fine. The only thing I had trouble with slightly is reversing as its harder putting the gear into reverse and turning round and looking over my shoulder was slightly awkward but manageable 🙂 x
I tried to drive today 6 days post op just a short trip. It was hard I couldnt turn the wheel quick enough as I normally could because my arm felt really tight 🙁 gonna wait another week before I try again x
I’m 5 days post op today and have to drive my little one to nursery it’s not far going to take it slow but I’m back to work on Monday will be 8 days post op fingers crossed I will be fine. Xx
I tried yesterday in my boyfriends car as its automatic and i just couldn’t do it, i started off okay but it was just too difficult, especially on a roundabout haha.. I don’t wanna overdo anything!! Xx
