Driving?

Just wondering how long did people wait till they drove again I know everyone’s healing will be different but just wanted to get an average idea 😉

I have driven for the first time today (day 7) was ok just being careful. Xx

Hey Marie I’m pod7 and still can’t drive, i don’t think I’ll be driving now for another half a week to a week. Frustrating as I’m back work Monday but I still can’t use my arms much xxx

I drove on day 8
It was fine. But my car is auto.
Parking in the tight multi storey hurt a bit though.

2 weeks- purely due to insurance. I would advise you check it because often you’re not covered until 2 weeks! Xx

I waited till just over 2weeks and found 5th gear really hard! It’s got easier as the week go on x

I drove bfs automatic Day 11/12 was super easy drove my manual Day 13 was hard I have tough gears and steering so I’ve say I found it hard for another week after that.

Depends on your car but yes think most insurances you are only allowed after 2 weeks
