Drop and fluff is real!

To all those whose just had their operations recently and anxious, uncomfortable and curious as to what and when your results will be like… It only took a few weeks – literally the week I went in to see the nurse to get all that stuff off me! I started to drop and fluff. Although you do notice changes daily. I was due to go on holiday 2 weeks after and they looked and felt so natural (to me) and most people thought they were just perfect natural boobs, which I was so happy about. Last thing I wanted was sporting Fanken-boobs in a bikini on holiday lol. So yes, it literally happend overnight where you’ll notice there’s no pain or discomfort, you’re able to sleep how you want and they start to drop and fluff – they look bigger because they are squishy and normal shape.

Had 400cc mod plus unders
I am now a 34 DD
Started to drop n fluff around 6-7 weeks post op.
Im still dropping and fluffing – No pin at all but still Have no sensation in my left nipple yet (which I’m not worried about as they say it should come back at some point as they are still technically healing).
I am at 11 weeks post op
And really happy with the size, shape and and overall results! 🙂

You say they started to drop and fluff at around 6-7 weeks post op but was you allowed to wear any bra after 6 week check up hun or did you have to wait till they dropped ??

What bras can we wear at 6 weeks post op? Any normal bra?

Yeah they said I was able to wear normal bras, even underwired, just long as it’s not too tight. I’ve not brought any normal bras yet as I brought a load of bralettes sets on week 3 – I got way too excited! Lol I got them in my normal size which was a small to medium because I’m a size 6-8 bottoms, my boobs did look too big for the bra then (at 3 weeks) because I still had ‘franken-boob’ so looked square but now they sit nicely with medium support. 🙂

Kelly can you upload your pics so I can have a nosy? I had 395cc overs on Monday and I literally feel like I look the same so I can’t wait for drop and fluff to happen lol!

I had 400cc 11 days ago. I think mine look hideous. My incisions are healing perfect though.

Kelly, I literally just came on here for some reassurance re: D&F. It’s my 1 week ‘boobiversary’ today and they’re such an odd shape (very conical, tight and high) 🙁 This has really helped, I just hope it happens to mine . Thank you. Mind if I add you to see your photos? X

Trust me I went through a those emotions (Expecially when one boob looked bigger than the other for good few weeks- even after my nurse appointment at the 6 weeks stage) and thoughts but I guess from hearing the same from other girls say the same at those stages I was prepared and patient. And to be honest even though my boobs do look alot more natural I can still see a bit of squareness on the top half in naked pictures, but understand that are still dropping. So just remember they are still healing, adjusting and have a fair bit to actually finish settling… But they will feel like yours around 7-8weeks honestly! 🙂

Hey do you mind if I add you to have a look at your pics please? I’m 13DPO and my boobs seems to be dropping at completely different rates – although I guess this is to be expected as I had 240cc in one and 345cc in the other, so the larger implant is still sat really high! I know I need to be patient but I just want to fast forward to see the final result haha xx

The nurse advised me to wear bras at my 4-6 week stage, and I’m sure that’s regardless if I was droping I feel,Infact she also advised me to wear support when sleeping aswell, it’s just to continue the support and to keep them in shape and not sag too quickly (in the future). X

It took me months to figure that out Cathy! Lol. 😀

It’s true that you begin to see changes day by day after about a week.
Does/did anyone else experience them being softer one day then hard again the next? I’m 13 dpo.
I can’t bring myself to upload my before and afters yet!

Also, it’s good to take pictures as much as possible as they do change so much – and yeah, I had my boobs go rock solid randomly around week three when I was out side with the dog (it was cold out) for only the duration I was out though… It was the weirdest feeling ever!! It was like the feeling guys say when they’re balls shrivel up / tighten!! Lol

Forgot to say, take as may pics as they change very slightly daily and when you get to later stages you can look back and see that it was a worth it, – even the frankenboob! … It’s so easy to forget when youve gone past the early stages and feel better x

Had overs and under my chin at mo only 1dpo so very early on in recovery butcant see a definitive yes or no to over dropping and fluffing x

Yeah totally normal for your boobs to be that high so early! Not sure how they settle when they’re overs neither tbh, but woukd think more unders and quicker recovery as the muscles arnt holding them down…
Also let me know if you also experience ‘morning boob’ – “like a hangover in your boobs when you wake up….

Oh yes im alot stiffer and have shooting pains first thing but eases once been up a while x

Hi Alex. I’m 16dpo and have same problem. My both boobs just live their separate life.
Left one is stubborn and still sits quite high comparing to the other one. But I’ve read it can take a while so we just need to be patient.
How’s your recovery going? X

I’m 14 days post op one looks lovely natural round and soft the other looks smaller and above my nipple almost looks like a step in my boob maybe where the muscle is not as relaxed??? Bit worried about it very noticeable from side pic

How did you all get on? in 15 days PO and i have one thats smaller than the other , not sure if its because the muscle hasn’t relaxed or if its something i should get used to?

Hey Shannon don’t worry mine were exactly the same I’m 7 weeks post op and they are NEARLY equal now. Your still very early days even tho I know it feels like everything should be normal for you by now
