Hi girls, I know I’ve read that unders do drop and fluff but I’m nearly 6 weeks po and they still haven’t changed. They’ve obviously got smaller due to the swelling going but I’m now convinced they are always gonna be this size and shape. At what stage did peoples drop and did they get bigger? X
It’s hard to say really, do you have a picture? I’m convinced mine dropped from day 6 and I’m 3wpo tomorrow. They apparently drop and fluff at 1 percent each day for the first 6 months xx

I’m 8 weeks and I’m still waiting to fluff. Mine have dropped quite a bit, I’d say one of mine is still slightly higher up needing to drop more but mine are still quite hard. They do feel like they are gradually getting softer though 🙂

@stephcp I didn’t realise I was such an impatient person! It’s soooo annoying because mine definitely have dropped a bit and they do feel soft which is why I’m convinced they’re done now and won’t get bigger 🙁 xx
I was convinced mine dropped but the last few days one deffo has, even more so than it already did so I’m now waiting on the other to drop. Regarding getting bigger I’d say no because the swelling has gone down. Xx
I’d like to know this also. Im just over 6 weeks post op and mine have got alot softer but they are still firm and under my armpits. I saw the nurse today and she said theres still lots of changes to come which im glad about as after all my swelling went down i felt like they was really small and i spent over a week in a mood with myself that i should of asked for bigger and felt like id just be unhappy with them. I cant wait for the drop and fluff process. Im going to get measured tomorrow so i hope that makes me feel abut better about them. Its such a long journey and i have 0% patience which doesnt help haha xxx
@mrsk I’m in exactly the same position as you! Such a long process isn’t it, I’m gojng for my 6 week check on Wednesday so hoping my nurse says the same. I’m scared to get measured because I genuinely don’t feel like they’ve got much bigger 🙁 X
I’m almost 8 weeks exactly the same. One of mine has dropped a little bit one still completely stubborn. It’s such a long process I thought I had done a lot of research prior to having my BA but this is one part I wasn’t expecting. xx
