Drop, Fluff & Gym

Hey girls!

I’m currently at 7W 2DPO, I had 375cc unders. My boobs are still quite high and during my 6W post op with nurse she said they will start to drop over the next couple of weeks. Before I had my op I regularly went to the gym and trained chest. Does anyone here have experience of them dropping a little later than others? I know everyone’s different but when I see girls that have started dropping after 2 week I’m a little jealous and worried!

Yes mine were exactly the same I had 365cc under and I thinks it’s because I had strong chest muscles , I’m 12 weeks post op and I would say they are finally into position I didn’t feel like they were dropping at all I’ll attach my pic xxx

@rebekah thank you! I just feel like I’m not seeing much difference and also they feel so small compared to how buzzing I was when I first got them done! I think when they’ve dropped and fluffed I’ll feel better, I’m just worried they won’t! Yours are fab, if they turn out anything like yours I’ll be happy!!x

Just I’ve it time I’m sure it will happen ! It’s just a waiting game just think in a few more weeks they will be perfect (not that they arnt now ) apparently it can take up to a year xxx

I’m the same I’m a cleaner so I think with all the hovering and mopping has gave me stronge chest muscles lol .It when you look side ways you can c they’ve not dropped.xx
