    So does the implant drop right down into our breasts?.Below my left nipple feels so much softer than my right, and is smaller.Also I keep getting shooting pains in my right breast. Do they get bigger or smaller as time goes on? I am now 8 wpo.

    Shooting pains sounds like your nerves reconnecting. In my experience they get bigger. I measured an FF at 6 weeks post op and I’m a G now at 3 months post op xx
