dropping

I have had my surgery 3 weeks on Monday, one boob has dropped and one hasn’t, is this normal? im worried it will stay like that !! please help ,, is there anything i can do to help it like massage? xx

Hey, my op was 3 weeks yesterday and my right is still higher than my left and because of that it is also smaller. It’s definitely normal and can take even months for them to drop. I asked my nurse about massage as I had seen a few bits written about it and she said it is not necessary or advisable until at least 6 weeks. Try not to panic, I know it’s easier said than done though! X

My left is still higher and a lot more swollen than my right. I honestly wouldn’t worry. When I went in for my week post op, she was very clear about being patient for 6 months to see the full result. Just wear the strap as advised. It’ll all be fine!! Xx
